Anyone have a problem accessing noobroom o n Reliance?

I can see the main site, but when I copy paste the IP into another tab, I get "connection interrupted" error. I can access the site on my freind';s airtel conn and even by proxy.
Is Reliance blocking it? Can anyone confirm?

for anyone who is unware - type noobroom in google and go from there.

I know that reliance wimax is blocking zippyshare. Anyone have a workaround for this?
