Anyone have any experience with Berry Next Store, Pune ?

I was searching OLX for used phones and stumbled upon this seller as Berry next store in Pune. They sell used and new gadgets including phones and provide bill too for the same (info i gathered from their website).
Has anyone personally used this shop to buy anything ever ?

I did some search and it seems there was a ebay store supposedly of the same seller but no longer there and there were lot of negative feedbacks too.
 
Are they the one in Kondhwa? If yes they are okish. I bought a 8310 from them back in 2009, but I called them and preferred to pick it from their shop. They were ok with it and even provided me 4-5 different units to choose from.

They are in Rasta Peth or near MG Road somewhere, I believe near west end cinema.
 
Yeah they are the same they had an account on ebay. You can call and ask him that you would be picking it from his shop personally. That will reduce the risk as you can check the device before hand.

I called them after seeing their ad on olx. They sell used devices mostly and more of blackberry ones. I can go to store which is not an issue. I also asked for exchange of my older device and they told they will give me discount even when i buy a used device.
Like say a phone used costs 20K then he may give 6-7k discount in exchange of my old device. The ebay id had lot of negative feedbacks but most seemed related to shipping delay which i am not concerned because i can always go there and check the device.
I am just skeptical that i should not get a repaired or such device in name of used device.
 
My 8310 lasted for around 2.5 years, so I had a good experience so far, but then I am no longer in Pune and hadn't dealt with them since then.
