very big headache if you dont have support staff. I presume you want to resell hosting to end customers ?

I bought a VPS from servint.net(same guys who host TE). They gave me a reseller WHM Panel. I love it. Was intimidating at first. The sheer number of options and no setup guide. But once you get it up, nothing like it.

I dont resell at all. For me the biggest benefit is that I can make a separate account for all the sites that we make. Keeps the DB's/Files/etc all separate.

What questions do you have exactly?
