Hey guys!
I have a Steelseries Xai mouse, which is giving me troubles lately, the thing is, I lost the bill and the shop I got it from is closed now
, so can't even ask for a duplicate bill. And I am stuck...I bought the mouse in march 2011, so it is under warranty technically.
Can someone help me with RMA? I tried contacting FAXTEL customer care on phone, they told me, nothing cant be done without bill, but I am guessing if I can get contact of someone other than customer care in FAXTEL, I should be able to explain my problem.
So, does anyone here knows anyone from FAXTEL? It would be really helpful and I would really appreciate it.
