Google Rulezz.

Google Instant launched a couple of days ago. Definitely it saves time by providing quick instant results as we type something in the search box. But I've been using this add-on(Cybersearch) for months now and it is even more quicker. Great add-on! Give it a shot.

In other news, Feross, a student at Stanford University created YouTube instant.
The idea works in a similar way to how Google Instant works in that as you type something in the search box, the content of the page gets updated. In this case, a new video is pulled with what YouTube Instant thinks you are going to want to type in.
