Anyone subscribed to DNA paper?

Need help. I subscribed to it and was supposed to get papers from 1st April. I got the newspaper coupons but not getting the paper delivered to my home. There's no vendor name or number to contact on the coupons too. Contacting this newspaper is like going to government office but much worse.

Tried calling up their toll free number 1800 220889 and it disconnects in a second. Tried emailing them on their email Id and no one's responded to even one of the 4 mails I've sent.

Do these people have any other numbers on which I can contact and talk to them? This paper has such a bad customer service. 600 rupees down the drain.
I read lots of complaints on consumer complaint website and this DNA looks like a big fraud co. Lots of people in similar situation like me.

you submit the coupons to any newspaper wallah in your area and he will start delivering the papers. vendors name is not madatory on the coupons, actually it is helpful not to have any name that way you can switch to any newspaper provider if unsatisfied with one

It's written on the coupons to only give the coupons to the newspaper vendor on due date only after I get the newspapers delivered to my house. The first coupon has a due date of 1st May 2015.

First, welcome back !

I am subscriber of DNA since its inception. I generally give cheque to my newspaper vendor and I get coupons after that. Once I get coupons, I hand him over all the coupons and he delivers paper daily. This is happening since long. Since I get one more newspaper from him (regional language), I may not face such situation as yours.

What I would suggest is contact near by newspaper vendor, s/he will help you better.
