Downside? Its real time, but then with older camcorders Tape to MPEG conversion is always real time.
I wanted to know if somebody here has used such devices to convert your DV tapes to digital format.
I have a 1GB RAM Dell Inspiron Dual core 1505, so I am wondering whether I will have processing power limitations?
