Anyone using MTNL FTTH Mumbai?

speeds and prices r amazing but they must target larger consumer base......
the truth is that they're going slow on a "trial" basis with this. In spite of their top boss claiming they've set "targets" to convert existing DSL users to FTTH, when i called to enquire i was given the usual runaround with their lovely customer care giving idiotic replies and reasons why i couldn't just sign up for a connection.
1st it was you need to register then a call back will be arranged and you will be informed about feasibility. 3 days later.. still no call, so called them up again.. Sir it's not yet launched.. when i gave them a piece of my mind regarding the misinformation.. i was transferred then told it was only for "Certain areas" in mumbai. Not everywhere. Only "feasible" locations will be given this service. I was given some chaps mobile nr and was told to call him on monday to find out...
MTNL's customer care will never improve.
