One of my friends has gone to US
Does anyone wants to get any wii

He will be charging a nominal profit

the wii cost some 250$ I think
 
I'd like one... once your buddy figures out the actual cost + his nominal profit and can publish total cost, I'll confirm.

he says I cant see wii at any market stores, he is looking for one desperately......

wii's are usually sold out within minutes of them reaching the store :P

is there a general purpose modchip out for wii yet?

He says the cost for wii is 250$ + 5% Tax

His commision will be 2k

Also he says PAL/NTSC format including power outage has to be checked cos, I think we indians use 220v while the U.S uses 110v

So will using a converter be usefull for it??
 
Went to Palika Bazar today... Wii is available for 22k.. but that was just a random quote.. Im sure once you bargain you will get it for 18-19k. Also 20GB PS3 is for 23k... and 60Gb for 31k.

But I'll get the PAL system once it releases (March 23 across Europe and Australia, should make way into India in a week).

And by the way, you can buy the current American PS3 as well, Bluray games are all region free, its only the electricity where you'll have to find a voltage converter, Palika guys will fill you on this and sell you one.

can he carry a lappy for me...My sister isnt coming until April n I want the Asus G1. Ofcourse Il be more than happy to pay his dies :)
 
I dont think they are going to be any duties for the laptop he carries, until they write than on his passport, which i dont think is happening these days
 
i meant his dues actually....i wudnt want him to carry smth for me without any gifiting him smth :)
