anyone with sources to repair apple tv

recentle recieved a faulty apple tv a2691 instead of the latest one through amazon and they refunded, can anything be done with this?
it shows no signs of live , pretty clean on the inside the issue is most probbaly the power supply
 
Well, without testing no one can tell what is the issue.

My advice is if you can somehow find an another piece of the same model, you can take it to any board level repair shop that you think is good, because once you have working version of the dead board, they can quickly narrow down the problem by quick probing.

It really makes the job easy for them, because due to the separate working board they know about all the accurate voltages on all the places and test points. If they can't fix the problem, they will most likely be able to tell what is the problem, with very high confidence, as oppose to you going to them with just a dead piece.
