I had placed orders for mousepads with buygamingstuff and mediahome.in , and paid for both of them. One payment was rejected, and I've still not recieved any update from the other. I'm not getting any responses to PM's from any of them. I had reported one of the posts, still no response. What gives? I thought dealers here were professional. I've been trying to contact them for two weeks now, and still no response :@

same issue with itwares. i asked him for some quotes for a gpu and few more things and he said he's "getting back to me" pretty soon. been more than 10 days now and no updates. anyways thanks to anooj30299301 got the half height gpu i wanted - ati 4550.
 
I'd given up on itwares years ago :P . usually i prefer buygamingstuff since if he has it, he'll ship it promptly. was trying out buying something from mediahome for the first time, and I'm regretting it already
 
@sunny - Not respoding to special query/quotes is way different than not respoding to a customer after he has paid for the same.

Ur query was a bit special u wanted a half heighted gpu

I also requested a quote for an HDD from Rahul aka TheITWares, but didn't got any replies and luckily deal of the week in eBay was hard disk specials and so I picked one immediately ;) Don't know why he's not responding these days. :(
 
I respond to watevr quotes/queries i can if u dnt get a reply remind me as i forget if u can't wait buy it from somewhere else.

P.S. Dnt make it my thread just coz i am replying here and others are not its about some other dealer not me ...lol
 
I agree with theitwares....theres a big difference in a dealer taking his time answering your queries before the deal is struck, and not replying/providing updates/delaying after the payments made.
There are no excuses for that...if one is unable to answer/conclude deals temporarily, it takes 2 mins to post here and say I'm on leave till so and so date.
 
Not getting replies to quote mails and inquiries is totally different to greehorn's problem here.

And why was your payment rejected, couldnt understand that one ?

i have to refund you .My office main server is down many know about it due to which i havent shipped some parcels too or some are getting deleted .

guys, regarding not responding to quotes, a particular dealer might not have said unit in stock, or their distributors might be playing games with them, or might be negotiating for a better deal. If they dont respond, take your business elsewhere. they are not obligated to sell stuff to you. Not defending any dealers here, but just stating a fact.

However, things are different once money changes hands.

@ buygamingstuff, i had confirmed that you had a pad in stock before i transferred the money. What happened ?

regarding mediahome.in, the NEFT was rejected. ( this was an SBI - SBI transfer, so no idea why it happened), and he's not responding either
 
greenhorn i have not got your payment till date . what am i to do pls tell me.

also i did post in the thread that my net was down so i was not on te also in the middle. without the payment how am i to process any order . all orders that were pending in the last few days are already shipped out today. also my mail is active and i have been mailing people from me cell phone when ever possible . i was into shifting my house so was very busy, but was taking phone calls always.

SBI TO SBI ??? MY site must have given u a Bank of baroda account number

also since i import this very product i would be at a huge loss if i dont process things that are in stock, why will i do that . also i have responded to the PM you had sent a few days ago with my payment details again. also mail me on admin@mediahome.in any time as that mail is synced with my phone and i am able to respond to all people much faster

I had no idea idea that you were available via only phone. especially since you were online and taking orders a few days ago.

I can understand dealers can be very busy, but making many threads for sale but not responding to PMs doesnt make any sense

Its just wasting my time as well, spending time to lookup the product and its price on internet, sending PMs and logging back to see if the dealer has responded

If you dont have it in stock or not wish to sell, please reply to PM in 2 words - 'No stock '

This is just a constructive suggestion and to be taken in the same sense :)
 
^^ That's exactly what I feel too. Just can't understand why one can't reply in two words. Especially once the order is placed.

Yeah! I bought the HDD as I can't wait more than a week :P and no issues with you. I just posted my thoughts, after all, the forums are meant for sharing our thoughts, isn't it? Will nag you for new orders soon. ;)

I completely agree with you Sir. Dealers kindly make a note ;)
 
The dealers are not obliged to reply to PM's for quotes. However they should understand they will lose deals that way, ITwares just lost a couple from me regarding HDD some months back. I am not complaining but just stating a fact, for a little bit of "extra" work, the dealers would close more deals...

Sir jee I have sent you alot PM regardng FIIO amplifier and I have been doing it since 3 months or more. Now its out of warranty from my side as I remember I purchased it on 23rd June of 2009, reason is that you have been taking a lot time from your side to find out my details as you did not give me the bill. Do something for it,consider it in warranty and replace it if possible.
