PC Peripherals APC 750i problem

I have gor apc 750i. When I using applications or benchmarking load becomes > 350W. If power goes off at this load my computer gets off and restarts. APC guys got another 750i which gives the same problem. When computer is idle it takes < 200W. At this load it perfectly shifts to battery power. UPS is rated at 500W. I hope some of u will help me to fix this
