App to Encrypt/Lock certain select folders on the Portable HD

I have 500 Gig Seagate portable ,

Have some office and business related information in one folder which i wish to encrypt or Lock and movies and entertainment stuff in other folders which are ok as it is?

what will software/app fulfill the purpose?
