the import duty on apple products is just nuts!Don't know why they don't price their pro models proportionally here compared to the rest of the world. Pro & Pro Max should be 99,900 & 1,09,900 respectively going by the usual 1$ = Rs 100 conversion rate which they follow for non pro models.
No. Stick to 12. If you want newer iPhone, get the 13 as it will be available under 50k during upcoming Amazon and Flipkart sale. iPhone 14 and plus are absolute no go.
Chances of Apple jumping to port-less iPhone is lot higher than Apple jumping to Type-C iPhone.Really love my 12 mini purchased during last year's sale but at this point, it is worth waiting for the Type-C port next year, which implies a 2-year wait to get it at a reasonable price in 2024.
Considering Apple got sued in Brazil for not providing a charger and EU has mandated Type-C as a common port to reduce electronic wastage, it seems difficult to go wireless out of the box.Chances of Apple jumping to port-less iPhone is lot higher than Apple jumping to Type-C iPhone.
Damn. OIS is Optical Image Shaking !
No in my opinion. But if you consider upgrading, iPhone 12 will be 43k and iPhone 13 will be 50k in the upcoming Flipkart sale on 23rd.worth it to upgrade from iPhone 12?
We'll have to wait a while before the new pro models are manufactured here. Only the non-pro iPhone 14 will get built here according to ColdFusion-Apple Prices in India are exorbitant. Hopefully manufacturing in India will bring them down over time.
Historically, pro models were never made in India and that is the reason you dont see a price drop for pro models which is nothing but import duty saved due to local assembly for iPhone 12 and 13.We'll have to wait a while before the new pro models are manufactured here. Correct. At least they've started making the latest series' non-pro models here. In a few years' time, in a bright af future, we might see Apple manufacturing their pro models here and selling them at reasonable rates. Although Arsenal is more likely to win a treble than Apple selling their products at reasonable ratesHistorically, pro models were never made in India and that is the reason you dont see a price drop for pro models which is nothing but import duty saved due to local assembly for iPhone 12 and 13.
