You read the topic right. Apple Iphone 4 16GB Unlocked @ 709$ which translates to approx. 32K.

At the bottom, in the details it says does not inlcude AT&T Contract. But no info about what unlock is it on. FU or SU.

And they ship worldwide too.

Err better buy it locally for ~38k. The shipping + customs etc will increase the price by a good margin .Also this one seems to be locked to AT&T.
