Couple of days back I brought one from Aircel (Factory unlocked) with bill & warranty for 42k. Included was a zero rental plan for 1 year which worked out to a rebate of 6-7k over a period of 1 year.

So with any luck the phone will cost me 36-35k by the next year. My Brother has a similar arrangement with Aircel for his iPhone and he has been very happy.
