Thanks for looking.

There are definitely gullible people who fall to such traps which sound to good to be true.

In fact, few months back, someone posted such a deal from the Times of India Naaptol ad on my company's internal forum. The ad was about those 3-4 SIM N5800 phone which is nothing but a Nokia 5800 clone. He believed that TOI was selling it for like 3000 Rupees.

He even contacted the telephone number mentioned in the ad for ordering and the answer they gave was.. "we buy in bulk so we get cheap price"

Maybe chinese. My friend ordered iPhone 4s for 300 pounds from this site and what he got was chinese set. He sent them back the phone for refund and they never refunded his money.

The website's name itself sounds so stupid.

Certainly a scam..... I called up and he asked for my email ID. He was just not willing to give any details via phone. Please guys dont fall for it

Have brains.

If its real and person want to sell it for 25k.Why not go to roadside shop and sell it for 30k rather than taking the pain of courier.

Dont fall for such traps.I have seen people even falling prey for dummy piece of same.

I read some news couple of days back when a software guy fell for a scam where the person sold him a laptop and iPhone for 50K rupees. That dumb guy did not even bother to open and check the things he was getting before paying the scammer.

All he got was a bag with bricks and a small box with a soap.

Raks reminding of soap incident.

I recall way bay in ngage qd time and 6600 nokia ruling days.

People wanted to buy these piece but market price was around 21k to 25k.

And there was my friend saying one can get it easily for 16k at kabutarkhana in byculla mumbai.

I asked why they sell so cheap .He said its custom confiscated piece. When 100 mobiles come 5 are kept by customs and later they sell it to those middle men as they dont have real idea about price.Hence they buy it from custom or auction for 8000 and sell for 16000.So they make decent profit and we also get it cheap.

But i always failed to understand how come custom people being idiot when best of brains get selected and wont they be knowing whats a hot selling cake price?I doubted it as ponzi.

Later i came to know that chap came with a stone in hand with only cover of 6600 over it.

The person showed him real piece pack in front of him and when he opened it was just stone.

ANother chap same similar story and came up with dummy piece.

I dont know why for show off people buy product and doesnt counter verify why person selling it so cheap when in open market they can get good price.

Even on TE i have seen 64 giga ipad 2 being sold for 29k when market price was 42k in warranty. Now the price have fallen so that price looks correct. But the feedback to that chap was zero and he was newbie.I asked him to post more pictures and his reply was i am lazy .

And regarding quickr its just a site like ebay they have no authentication stuff i guess they just want commission on product sold through them as faking on ebay have become tough.

I still feel that if we buy from ebay from a reputed seller then chances of getting duped are less or none. On top of that the paisapay thing is mostly in favour of Buyer i guess. But those people who get stones and soaps in authentic looking boxes are just plain stupid who do not cross check what they are paying for. They deserve that.

I recently bought an iPhone here and thoroughly checked it and everything before handing over the money to the seller.

About the Ngage and 6600 i remember how hot those mobile used to be. In fact i always wanted to get the Ngage classic (not QD), simply because of its gaming capability (good for that era) and having native MP3 player (unlike 6600 where using power mp3 it was possible).
