Description if any: In quite bad aesthetic condition. Has scratches and dents in more than a few places. Works perfectly except that the hold button sometimes does not work (maybe like 10-15% of the time). Do not have the earbudes or wire or box. Ships as is. The battery and HDD and Screen work perfectly. The screen is scratched but only the top plastic part. The LCD panel itself is flawless.

Have you checked with Apple if they can give you a replacement? They usually charge 3.5k for this model. Try an Imagine store.
