Less than a 100 bucks I presume. There're silicone covers which range from a mere Rs. 100 to 1000 odd.
 
will u pls suggest me any good case or pouch and from wer i can download applications freely and which is current firmware is 3.0 available
 
^Firmware 3 is available for download at the Apple site for 10USD. And so are the free applications. You could browse thru the various deals available on the eBay for the covers/pouches for the device. Keep the OT away from market threads please.
