I have been following the trial proceedings through Ars, Verge and Wired, and I think this trial is a joke (read biased). Samsung is not allowed to field the F7000 evidence because they were "too late", while Apple gets to bring a ton of documents showing how Samsung "copied" the iPhone. I also like the comparison pics, in all of them the Galaxy S is shown with the App drawer, which is NOT the default Android homescreen out of the box, just to make it look similar to the iPhone.
It is also funny how the pics show only the home button on the Galaxy S, completely hiding out the two capacitive buttons on either side. The judge has consistently refused to accept these in court when Samsung protested, and even threatened to sanction them.
It is crazy the amount of bullshit Apple is trying to defend. Rounded edges? Icon layouts? All the touchscreen devices today have a large touchscreen (duh), and very few buttons. That is common sense, not innovation. I have an old HTC Legend and a new iPad 2, and love them both for what they offer, but what Apple is doing here is disgraceful.
