3. taobao.com -> Best of the crop for all the deals. But bad part is payment by ALIPAY/chinese bank account so we cannot do much. Also google translate wont work on this website so dont bother. I mean for normal operations it wont work.

+1 for taobao. Have bought 100s of item from this site during my stay in china. They started accepting visa card sometime back. But with our indian customs it may not work out that cheap in the end.

What's anti dumping mate?

i have product x and chinese seller is having product x but he makes it at far lower price.
my price is y and chinese price is y-100 .
he will put his product in indian market at price y-100.so to protect indian manufacture ,govt will put charge to make it same for both product x to have price of y.
the duty imposed to make this diff equal is known as anti dumping.
its native market protection scheme.

Customs in India are highly erratic. Both me and techpk ordered an Onda VP90 from mp4nation(hong kong). The package was marked as a gift and valued at 25$. His package was seized by customs and he had to pay Rs600 as duty(the price was 49$). I got the package directly without paying anything.
