Arctic Fans high prices

Why are fans usually listed for so much more? I remember when I bought my Arctic P12 5 pack fans for about 2500 - I didn't know much about fans; bought these as I recognized the brand & model and 500 for a fan seemed right to me. Only later I realized that this is usually listed for at least 3 times as much!

I bought my first Arctic fan just last June for ₹570. I wanted to buy another one this month. It is out of stock everywhere. I finally found one on TPSTech for 1000. I went for it because I won't need any more fans after this. But this pricing is getting ridiculous.

I am on the lookout for some Artic P12 Max fans. If anyone knows if these are for sale at any local online store please let me know. Thanks

These were recently launched in March. I would be surprised if these do become available here given that the normal P12s are still in short supply.
 
It seems that whoever was distributing Arctic fans has stopped in India and so we only have scalper type prices.

Any alternative to P12 with similar performance ? slightly more noisy is ok i guess, dont care about rgb.
I currently have P140 and some very old 120mm CM fans. Thinking of replacing old ones but no idea what to buy.

How would ARCTIC BioniX F120 work as an exhaust fan ? Most people seem to recommend P ones over F because there is always some obstruction and P ones can be more versatile. In my case, exhaust fan air has to go out through case grill but intake is clear.
