After much research, ive devided to go for this build as it meets my requirements and budget. Not looking for any fancy rgb. Please give suggestions.

I will be storing and transferring heavy photos and videos, so I need faster read/writes speeds. What about xpg gammix s70?

From what i have seen these come as default color corrected out of the box. But to be sure i will check and let you know but only next week as i am out. Someone else can also check and update as some other's have also bought the same v3.
 
U can grab the deal for i5 12400f at Flipkart... currently it is available for 10k around after all offer...and save your money
