Are Local Trains wider than Long distance trains?

I know LHB coaches are 3240mm or 10 feet 7.56 inches.How wide are local trains?Is there an specification sheet on local train like we get on LHB coaches.
Got on a Rajdhani after many years and it felt really cramped

3.66 meters wide according to that article. Is that what you were asking? Also not sure if that is a credible enough source. Will post if there's some "official" data if & when I come across it.
