CPU/Mobo Are these Temps Normal for my CPU ?

Guys, i have attached a screenshot of HWmonitor. Kindly tell me if these temperatures are normal and which temperature i have to monitor, whether the package temperature or the core temperature. Some people opine that the package temperature has to monitored and the core temps doesnt matter on the contrary others opine that the core temps are important.

Please help and thanx in advance

i think package temprature is the one to look out for because it is always a notch or two higher than the temprature of the cores.
 
The temps are way too high.
Whats your system specs? List them here.

Try using Coretemp and see what it displays. And post here.
 
40C at idle is good enough considering ambient temps are around 30C.
What actually matters is the load temp when you run prime95 or a similar cpu stress test.
