I sold a cable (HDMI) to a member piper on the following thread

Got the money instantly and shipped the cable next day through blazeflash but even after 15days of wait and constant followup they didnt delivered the cable so i decided to refund due to pathetic service from courier
now i would like to know if we are eligible to exchange positive feedback as we both are satisfied with each other as a trader and the deal went bad due to courier

P.S. I lost the cable for free but made sure to bash the local guy
 
I think you are, because itrust is for trust factor and not money factor. Though the buyer didn't get the item, yest he trusted you and you too did the best thing by refunding the money, so i think you are eligible for feedback.

If possible mention the situation in the feedback title
 
Yeah you may exchange the feedback. Like ^he mentioned, the feedback is supposed to reflect how the deal turned out for both the parties.
