Ares Proxy help

In my office, net browsing is via proxy.
I installed ARES P2P, but m unable to configure it. I used my default IE Lan settings for proxy:- my proxy add is 10.186.31.68 on port 3128 n no password or login.
Bt where in Ares these settings must be entered?? Sock4 proxy or Sock5 proxy?? n shall i enter in this form: 10.186.31.68:3128

If there is a port number specified, then yes, you must use that format. It should work, and there is a test connection option in Ares. Exploit it.
