Finance minister Arun Jaitley pulls up Vodafone global chief Vittorio Colao for call drops?

TRAI has announced that,
Users will be compensated by 1 rupee per call drop upto a maximum of 3 per day... From Jan 1st.
Service providers need to be punished for their irresponsible behavior.
Let's see things improve.
