In fact this is exactly what it is :D My wife and I just bought a house, we are finalizing the paperwork and hope to move in by the end of September.

BTW none of the furniture or art in the pictures is ours.



 
I guess this takes the top stop in the 'moolah spent' category. Nobody is even going to dare ask for 'damages' !!!

Getting a house is a major milestone in one's life. Congratulations and may the house be soon turned into a home filled with warmth and love.

US real estate rates have tumbled lately because there are way too many repossessed houses that banks wish to dispose. A classmate of mine picked up a house that costed well over a million in 2007 for under 600k recently. Its the best time to buy if you know that your job is secure.
