^^ Thank you. Yes if you are lucky enough to find a home, and lucky enough to get bank approval in this very tight lending environment... then yes there are some fabulous deals out there. We are very fortunate that we were able to find a house in such great condition too, there is a lot of junk and many of the houses need a lot of work especially the ones built in the early 1900's

Okay, this is gonna make most of you laugh but this house somewhat reminds me of the house which was shown in the movie Salaam Namaste 2 years or so back. Looks exactly the same. @_@
