Hi guys Im a newbie over here. I needed some AS5 for my GPU and CPU and a friend told me to look here. So plz help me with this. Also looking for NV silencer 5 or any other GPU cooler.
 
Prime charges 650 bucks for a tube of AS5; for 50 more they'll ship it to you - they accept bank transfers or drafts. On my next trip to the US, I'm buying 10 tubes of AS5 because there must have been minimum 5 requests for AS5 here... they only cost $5 there.

During my last talk Gulbir mentioned they were dropping price of AS5 - did not mention by how much :huh: Gulbir is out of town till Monday - I will ask new price when he gets back.
 
You may be able to find one cheap at ebay.

I bought one off ebay.com for $7.5 (shipped) a couple of weeks back...
 
Yup...that is infact shipped to India...

It was $7.51 to be exact...(i.e. $0.97 for the AS5 tube, $5.99 for shipping via usps airmail letter post & $0.55 for shipping insurance)...arrived in 1 week...:)
 
I have mailed gulbir asking for info. So thats one down. How bout the cooler? Any suggestions r welcome.

And how do u get from US? Here i was planning on using my friends ICICI bank account. Will that work in US?

only very few US based websites accept International Credit Cards. Most of the websites ask for a Credit Card with a US address only.
 
^^ NV Silencer's also aren't available and all the Vantec coolers suck.

You'll have to ask somebody coming down from the US..
