Aspect ratio

Hi all,
I am getting DW T V thru DishTV. I am facing a problem with the aspect ratio. DW TV is broadcasting 16:9 (since last few months). But DishTV broadcast to me in old 4:3 so I am losing some part of the frame. Even the channel logo is half visible. Tried changing the ratio in STB. But in vain.
Any suggestions? I have a 4:3 TV. And 16:9 monitor which will take direct composite input.

The problem is DishTV/BigTV/TataSky... none of them broadcast in 16:9. I verified the same by connecting my DVD player to the TV tuner card. 16:9 ration movies are displayed 16:9. But DishTV wont anyway.

At last the DishTV people changed the broadcast Aspect ratio for DW TV. Now they give the signal in 4:3. The 16:9 image looks bad though. At least the whole frame is covered.
