Asrock has showed off its upcoming LGA 1150 Haswell motherboards based on the intel Z87 and H87 chipsets at CeBIT 2013 event.
The official launch of Haswell lineup which is set for launch on 2nd June 2013 is still few months away , but ASRock has shown them off early before Computex 2013.
The three motherboards which were shown off are ASRock Z87 Extreme6 , Z87 Pro4-M and H87 Pro4, they were engineering samples without heatinks.
The ASRock Z87 Extreme 6 will be their flagship board initially until Extreme 9 comes up. It is similar to Z77 Extreme 6 but comes with six Native USB 3.0 ports and 8 SATA II/III ports. It has 6+4 Phase VRM power provided through 8 pin CPU power connector. There are four DDR3 slots , 3 PCI-e x16 3.0, 1 PCI-e x4, 2 PCI and a M-SATA ports on the board.
The ASRock Z87 Pro-4 M is the Micro ATX LGA 1150 board and comes with six SATA III, 2 PCI-e x16 3.0, and 2 PCI-e 1x ports. There is 6 phase VRM powering the board. It will be more affordable offering so skips some of the high end features of the Extreme 6.
Finally, the H87 Pro 4 is based on H87 chipset which comes without overclocking options for CPU. It has 4 phase VRM . There is one PCI-e 16x 3.0 slot, three PCI-e 1x slots and 2 PCI slots on the board.
