It all depends on what kind of system you own.
Most reviews you see are the kits available. But if you want to make a very good system yourself using discrete handpicked components to fit your budget then you most often end up getting better system at good price.
The dangerdan TDX is arguabally the best waterblock design available in the market.
Blackice extreme series is unarguabally the best and also the most expensive rads you can find out there costing in excess of $100.
Eheim inline pumps are also rated preety high, they are silent and powerful.
Depending on your budget you have to make little compromise here and there like getting pump locally or building your own rad here. or get heater core II rad which is considerably cheaper and still performs good.
The choice of cooling fan/s is depending on the performance-noise you want and tolerate
It all boils down to the system you have. You need to make sure you are taking heat away from the waterblock fast enough and maintain good waterflow. On the other side if the pump is pumping too fast then sometimes rad become ineffective in cooling the water in time.
A little bit experimenting usually solves this problems.
Kits like Aquagate mini are only good for stock and mild overclock. They simply are not the thing to get if you plan to oc your system massively like me or pcjedi or darklord and many people has done. It wont be much better than good aircooling at those speeds and can even be worse.
At the moment i am prety impressed by the dangerden products i have used. IMHO its one of the best maker of watercooling stuff. All can be ordered from
www.dangerden.com and they do ship here.
