Yes 8gb is enough. 16gb would be a bit of a waste if your not using any memory intensive programs.
The seasonic 620 watt will be enough to run your system, however, since you have a large budget, you can go for the 750 watt one since most psu's are most efficient between 50-60% load.
I notice that you're putting together a micro-atx system. While the gtx 970 is an efficient card, it is still a high end card with significant heat output. i strongly recommend you get a full-atx sized case for better airflow. Excessive internal temps can affect the lifespan of your components.

Ok so i should look for full atx build, Can you suggest some cases with good air flow.

What about Cooler Master HAF 912 Combat with MSI Z97 Gaming 5 Motherboard.

Again, not very knowledgeable about your above choices but they seem good.
Just remembered - the gtx 970 is a sizeable card. i don't think it will fit a micro-atx case so that's another reason to go for an atx case.

w.r.t. airflow - almost all cases that cost 3k+ have a good number of fan slots.
The cooler master you have chosen has a fan slot at the top and i can personally say that fans placed here help reduce internal temps. a lot. (i have an nzxt source 210)
So, your final choice will come down to your budget and availability.

This case would accommodate GTX 970. For motherboard stick to what @JJ the great have suggested. You should be good to go with it.

For PSU get M12II 750w; it is semi-modular. Since you have mentioned that you would be overclocking extra headroom will come handy.

Thanks guys , that was some good suggestions. i will go for medium/full tower and full atx board.

I will do some more research before finalizing any case & Motherboard, my budget for case is around 8k maximum, Motherboard - 15k

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Total 89-94k

nb: if you have the budget u can go for 16gb ram and corsair H100i cpu cooler instead of 8gb ram and coller master 212 evo. u need additional 12k for these changes.

Thanks Soumya...what do you think about this -

BenQ RL2455HM 24 inch - 1 ms - 13.5k
Cooler Master Chassis HAF XB EVO - 7.3k
ASUS Sabertooth Z97 MARK 2 Motherboard -14.5k
Seagate Barracuda 2 TB Desktop 5.5k
Samsung 840 EVO 120 GB - 4.5k
MSI NVIDIA Gtx 970 Gaming 4g 4 GB GDDR5 - 27k
Intel 3.4 GHz LGA 1150 4670K i5 4th Gen - 17k
Deepcool GAMMAXX400 Cooler - 2k
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 2x8 GB - 1600 mhz - 11.3k
Asus DRW-24D3ST/BLK/G/AS DVD 1k
Cooler Master Devastator Gaming Gear Combo USB Keyboard- 2.4k

I have decided the above mentioned build, my budget is over exceeding as per rates available online. i think i would be able to get good prices offline.

ASUS Sabertooth Z97 MARK 2 Motherboard
sabertooth series is not that great i've heard, compared to their ROG series. I think you should go with the VII Hero since this is going to be a high end system.
Intel 3.4 GHz LGA 1150 4670K i5 4th Gen - 17k
make sure u get the 4690k since it's newer and retail for around the same price of 4670k.
Cooler Master Chassis HAF XB EVO - 7.3k
i dont know, i've never really liked these compact cases. anyway i can give u three reasons to go for a proper mid tower case 1. airflow 2. scope for future upgrades 3. not a single decent z97 matx board other than the vii gene which is very pricey for a z97 board.

but hey, whatever floats your boat.

Hey Soumya,

Thank you for your suggestions

I am not going to make micro atx build anymore, i will stick to full atx board .

Cooler Master Chassis HAF XB EVO is a large case i think you are getting confused with other mAtx cases.

I am still confused about motherboards, please tell me some good mobo around 15k.
