Asus 330N3G router configuration for 24online client

I am not able to configure 24online settting on newly ought 330n3g router.. I have bn given static IP in SSV internet which uses 24online to connect.
When I set static IP settings in router, while log in in 24online, I get error "Your machine id is different from the one already registered with us"
I tried to set ethernet mac address in router settings but getting the same results.. any clues?
 
I think you need to clone your PC's MAC address on which it was installed to the Routers WAN MAC address, most routers have a option which allows you to do so, hope this helps
 
Ya see that.. still same problem when I enter ethernet's mac address in it. Strangely it does not allow dashes

@Vivek, do you use same router?
 
couldnt got it working.. stopped efforts now..

Even after setting MAC in WAN advance setting I get the machine is error
