Hi guys,
I have Asus P5B mobo & E6600 proccy.
I want to ask can i overclock the proccy with the Asus AI Booster by changing the cpu frequency or multiplier.

Well i have never o/c before so i just want to ask if i o/c using the AI suite then is there any risk to my proccy at 3.0Ghz & will it void my warranty.

Plz help me & also suggest any tricks to o/c.
 
^^Use the bios and set everything to manual... AI Suite is a load of crap. For running at 3GHz all the time on an E6600, better get an aftermarket cooler.
 
i guess for starting its good enough. i took my E6600 to 3Ghz with Ai Boost. Pretty easy actually to do with it. for perection do some reading and go with bios settings.
 
i got p5b dlx. on stock cooler but getting a ninja soon :D

temps @ 3 Ghz are around 48 - 51 C. Give it a shot with Ai boost. you just need to change bus speed. I dont know about stability though.
