Asus has announced its new Transformer Book T100 tablet running Windows 8.1 and latest Intel "Bay Trail" Atom chipset.
The Transformer Book gets a 10.1 inch IPS display with 1366x768 resolution and is powered by Intel Bay Trail Atom TZ3740 quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM.
It has 1.2MP front facing camera and 32GB or 64GB internal storage. It also comes with keyboard dock with USB 3.0 port and multi-touch trackpad, making it convertible tablet and notebook. It includes pre-installed Microsoft Office Home & Student 2013 with full versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote.
The Transformer Book T100 will be available later this year at $349 (U.S.) with 32GB of storage or $399 (U.S.) with 64GB of storage.
