first of all congrats soyab,u got your money.
but i would like to mention here that here a very negative environment has been created against roy.yes this is true that he did not replied us in our deals also and this is also true that not sending the invoice shows his bit carelessness about his deal. but this is also true we (imtiaz and me ) got our product even all were working well.
after the issue happened with soyab i found he become on line after his talk with soyab.than i send him a massage and had a talk with him , i told him that it is his negative point if he do not update the buyer about the tracking details because this act makes the buyer disturbed and develops negative thinking in the mind for seller.so it was his duty to update soyab about the tracking details.
than i asked him about the reason for the issue happened in this deal with soyab.he told me the reason and i was shocked to hear that.he told that his father got heart attack and he also lost his phone during this time of high mental stress. so it was obvious he was off line .he told that he offered soyab 3000/- rs. a compensation along with the card or a razer mamba mouse.he was also ready to refund the money if soyab wants.
we all can see he did it and refunded the money to soyab.
guys i want to say the problems can be with any one and the main thing is how we solve them ,i think during solutions we should see the both sides.
here i m adding my example. i had a deal with mainak who is a member here .i had a deal with him on another forum for computer cabinet ,i have transferred money in his account almost more than two months back.he did not shipped the cabby to me. mainak is known to me we had some deals also.i asked him the reason he told me that his grandfather got ill and got hospitalized for few days. than he came back and got some more issues. after that i send him a massage few days back and asked than he told me his grandfather passed away. he was ready to refund but i did not ask him to refunds his problem was genuine and even i thought he was in need of money at that time. i m sure he will ship the cabby to me or will refund if i say him to refund.
no one knows about this and i never mentioned it to any one as i know that i m a human being and anything can be happen to any one.
i think we should give a chance to roy and should not be 100% negative for him . he should be banned in future if he repeats the same in future without any reason.
where as his gpu is concerned imtiaz did not bought it and even he is not known to any issue of the gpu. i had a talk with imtiaz and he said that he do not know about any issue with the gpu.
so guys it is clear that gpu is not having any proved issues.
so i request all of u to think again and decide. rest it is all your choice.

@ soyab0007 I didn't say that the card has any problem as i told you that if you don't get the invoice & if something happens to the card in transist or whatever it is than is a premier card & keeping invoice of it should make you safe & you i think understood differently anyways...
And i have gtx titan so my plan was not to buy it anytime soon and i didn't told anyone that i will buy it except myself so how kaustav & you people confirming it i don't know.....
And bro i have the whatsapp conversation of soyab & Roy which i will upload it to get the better picture....
And about cheating and stuff i told @Soyab0007 from Day 1 that don't worry you will get the card as the seller delays to ship it..

And about Roy i came to know from my friend(owner of Hotel Lindsay in Park Street) that his father is a high level cop in kolkata & his father suffered mild heart attack(cardiac arrest).
And @roy89 Please after you make a deal with anyone please care to update the buyer about the proceedings as its your duty because you have taken money whatever the amount is please don't repeat because if its once than we can say challo problem huwa tha but repeating it is intentional...
Once i had a problem with a member @''XYZ'' i sold a gpu to him for which he paid 5k but i shipped him after 23 days because i met with an accident but i was in contact with him all through but was unable to ship him because only overnite express service was available as other couriers like DTDC, BLUEDART don't have their services there and overnite express franchise was 10km from my place actually in outskirts of Guwahati so i couldn't ship it & finally i shipped it to him after 23 days & than he recieved the card for which he gave negative feedback but after that he again bought a proccy & he got it in 4 days and was a smooth deal and now we are friends so guys these things happens but its our duty not to repeat it...
Mods its a request to give him a chance because he has refunded the buyer so giving him one more chance as kaustav was not lying & actually his father did suffer a cardiac arrest but he should have atleast updated the buyer for which he is guilty & i think he should be given a chance...Choice is yours
And its a request to members to stay positive & create a positive environment intead of speading negative remarks with knowing the facts in tough times....

edit:- Guys i had a chat with roy now & confirmed him now(6:30pm) but i don't know how you people knew because i never said i am buying it confirmed to anyone before 6:30 because i had a deal with kaustav on 6:30pm itself..

Banning someone is not a solution because banned member can create duplicate account & ip address also can be changed &nowadays its very easy to get a new ip address too so instead of banning its a good option to give him a chance to change & we are here to help each other so we should suggest him not to repeat it & if anyone having any problem with it can avoid his deals & i seriously this banning is not a solution so its a request to members & mods to atleast give him a chance because we members here are brothers and if he is doing something wrong than we should suggest him not to repeat it & he has refunded so he should get a change because he said he will refund on tuesday and he did refund on tuesday without any delay & now we know his every details so if he repeat it than he shouldn't be spared so instead of banning give him a final warning...
And at last but not least Kaustav didn't tried to fraud because if he did than he would not have refunded on time..

I think he had started responding to me only after above action been taken..
Also as I have informed him about complaint process.. he start calling me & said that dont dare to threat me... I will give your refund & provide you compensation & refund of the 12 days.. I said ok I am ready for the compensation... after that he provide only 30k & said will not give you any compensation..
Also @imtiaz786 we all need safe & positive environment in the forum but bad people like Roy ruin the whole thing plus you are supporting bad fish...

Lots of buyers here are studying in school or colleges or most are starting on their new jobs which may have an average pay package. That 5000Rs he saved to buy things means a lot. You guys need to learn to understand the difference between an emotional breakdown and a fabricated lie. Ban him, send threats, lock thread, take IPs, report to CBI, do anything. If he wants to cheat then he will do it, first nicely/creatively and then rudely and finally threateningly. LOL don't know threateningly is a word or not. Aur yar yeh cybercrime wale kya khali baithe hain India main? I mean do they really have time to listen to these kind of cases? I thought they only look into national security cases.
