CPU/Mobo ASUS Crosshair II Formula Weird Issue

hey all, i have ASUS Crosshair II Formula Motherboard & it has started a new problem.
i.e. the LCD Poster is displaying broken characters in different type in different intervals.
i've updated the BIOS to the latest version i.e. 2607 but the problem is still there..

now my question is can i RMA my motherboard?
because apart from this everything seems fine till now..

Specs - AMD Phenom II X4 940 BE,ASUS Crosshair II Formula,G.Skill 2x2GB DDR2 800MHz,2x250GB Seagate 7200.11 in RAID 0,Palit GTX 260 Sonic 216SP,Corsair TX 650.

earlier i was running on old bios when this problem didn't even started.

so,i don't think that is the cause.

yeah,even i think so.

but the problem is can i RMA this as the motherboard is working fine..
 
i've downgraded to old bios today & no luck. what could be the problem guyz?

any help will be greatly appreciated..
