Asus eee pc not booting into os

Hi guys,
this is about my net book(model no in siggy).
The OS is windows 7 starter.

The netbook just refuses to boot,
1.it goes into microsoft corporation,with loading bar above.
2.Next there is a wait for around 1-2 min
3.This occurs

I have tried memory test,all are clean.
system restore not working with any restore point,from using repair my computer from F8
not able to go into safe mode.
tried all defaults in bios.

This just happened out of nowhere,my dad used the internet today morning,then shut down the computer.
Ever since that its not booting into to os.
He also said that there were no problems when he was working on the computer.

solutions please :sos:
Need to get fixed asap,so please help :'(
 
Try booting up with a LInux Live CD to check if everything is fine. If everything is fine repair your windows installation.
 
this system does not have a dvd drive.
i am right now downloading an ahem version of windows 7 starter edition.
if i boot through usb,and do repair there wont be any problems right ?
