Re: Transformer launched in India

I dont understand why ASUS made compulsory to take dock? Else under 25 k it would have been great buy.

Re: Transformer launched in India

Yo true !

Buddy , u have used Iconica A500 also .AFAIR

Whats yours say ? A500 is better or the Transformer or Galaxy TAB10.1 ??

Re: Transformer launched in India

Acc to reviews

10.1 > TF > A500

The only advantage of TF over 10.1 is keyboard dock notebook style. Otherwise 10.1 is better in every aspect.

IMO other than A500, all are decent and you won't be very unhappy with either. A500 has a weaker display but other than that shouldn't be that bad.

10.1 has a problem with the display heating up and some liquid coming on to the monitor , i really wont take a chance with that , who knows which batch will get fixed and when you will be getting it in india ...

wrt asus, damn you guys , was hoping not to get it from america , now at this rate , i will rather buy it from there... idiots!

If a GO can be organised for Transformer Tab @ 20k (approx) , Then I would like to be a part of it .

Or if someone is planning to buy one for himself , can add me also in the list .

It is fail at this price.who will buy for 33k with dock, instead one shld take netbook for half the price.

The Dock is worth the money having 2 USB ports, full conversion into a Netbook for Word, Spreadsheet, PowerPoint realted work & additional 8 hours of battery life. I am gonna get it for 33k.
