Been waiting to post this for a while now
I tweeted to @AsusIndia about a router issue I was having. To be clear, I was neither rude nor offensive.
Surprisingly within a few hours they blocked me.
Just to make sure it wasn't a random mistake, I asked a friend of mine to tweet about the Asus laptop he had just bought which was dead in less than a week. He even shared his service slip to prove it was a genuine case.
No response. (But at least he didn't get blocked )
So I was curious as to what Asus actually does with their twitter account, and I noticed a very peculiar pattern.
They've been openly bribing Tech bloggers :-
or retweeting some absurd pro-Asus posts :-
I hope someone in Asus wakes up and realises how to properly use social media.
