Can Install windows 11 but not recommend its slow.
OS need to be installed again. NO charger so can't wipe it.

Only DC charger. I have original charger and was using it with a DIY soldered connection. The wire is broken at the joint, it can work again if you know how to solder.
I don't have the tools to resolder
