This has been there for a month on my GD70. U can choose core 0 to core 4 in any configuration u like. Its good for turning of the bum core if you get a quad out of a dual.

All the more reason to buy AMD.

its not just setting individual ACC for each core, but turn on and off each unlocked core. A new feature, although seems worthless.
