:clap:YES guys!:clap: You read that right. Firmware 3.0.0.3.78 is out for N16 and it loads the router with Transmission-Daemon. This also means that Transmission-GUI can be used to control the torrent downloads. The software handles ftp downloads with ease too.
I have been using this firmware for a day now and its rock-solid. Wifi connection(N Only) with my Atheros AR9002WB 1NG based laptop has been totally hasslefree till now.Even the wifi transfer rates are awesome. I am getting transfer rates of 5.5-6.5 mbps consistently out of my NAS(ext3) attached to the router, whereas I never managed to get anything more than 4 mbps with DD WRT/TomatoUSB.
I will post a few screenshots later tonight for the readers. Looks like I wont be heading back to DD WRT as of now.
