You will get only the Mobo back, you wont get the accesories n box and everything....

Cos they take only the Mobo for repairs/replacment. ;)

I feel MSI boards are much more reliable than ASUS and Gigabyte, I myself is using one for the past 3.5 yrs and no problems till date. I got MSI for my friends too, one of them was defective but got replaced within 15 days. I always recommend my friends MSI over ASUS. Don't know about other states but service in Delhi is very good by MSI.

Well it matter of luck when it comes to hardware failure.

ASUS is most popular so you see more failure reports as there are more motherboards out there. I have had horrifying experience with MSI K8 agp board 2-3 years back. Where it took 4 months to give me my money back as they didnt had the board in stock ( which was btw only 15 days old when it died). MSI took lot of fire from community back then for failing NEO series board.

So its same all around. I gave my friend's gigabyte 965P S3 for replacement yesterday as it blew a mosfet in memory circuitry and i am told to expect replacement in no less than 3-4 weeks.

So its same story everywhere. Unless you know someone personally like a friend its same story.

With RASHI i can get things done faster so i prefer having ASUS.
