ASUS Xonar Essence One DAC + Headphone Amplifier at best price.

Since i don't want to put an internal sound card in my PC. Will the essence one be the perfect external sound card for games, music and movies? I plan to hook my Klipsch promedia 2.1 speakers. Please give ur inputs guys.
