Laptops ASUS Zenbook not charging over 18%

Hello guys,

I bought ASUS Zenbook on July 2022. It was working fine, mainly used by sibling for educational purposes and multimedia (Excel, netflix, youtube).
I have enabled 80% max battery charging since I got it.
Now it doesn't charge above 18%. And without the charger, it instantly shuts down (Not like waits 2-3 minutes and then, rather we are using it, unplug charger boom screen is off.)

Is this a known bug, do I need to replace the battery (not under warranty cause it's more than 1 year)?
If I need to replace what will be the cost?
And if it's a bug, what's the fix?

battery is damaged, but you can try resetting BIOS, but if it doesn't do anything, might need to change the battery or use plugged in.
 
Check with asus diagnostic tools as each brand comes with its own set of tools to diagnose hardware else third party tools are always there..
You might need to re-calibrate the battery.
