what about unofficial ICS/CM9?

I bought from GEB.At present there are no unofficial ICS/CM9 and I don't think even if official ICS becomes available there wont be any CM9.the phone have nil developer support.I bought mainly as a standby phone.

The ICS update was meant to come out yesterday. Patech's Twitter page mentioned theyre facing some issues and will be sorting it out prior to release.

1.How easy is to unlock this phone in India also the cost
2.Will 3G Data & Network work on it?
3.Custom ROM support.
4.If buying via GEB, apart from listed price do we need to pay any other charges like customs taxes etc?
